I started training with Taylor in December 2017 doing his personal training classes. I was a member in a gym but could never find the motivation to go regularly.
I decided to give it a go myself. I received a copy of his "bodybible" which has detailed nutrition information and some great recipes for healthy eating. Since starting the classes and improving my eating habits and following Taylor's plan my fitness levels have improved dramatically.
I feel much healthier from day to day and I feel the classes are good enough to keep me coming back, which is a huge thing for me personally.
Taylor is a great coach and extremely motivating and I would highly recommend a anyone looking to lose weight and improve their lifestyle to contact him and give the classes a try.
If you want to change the way you think about food, exercise and mostly your body then Taylor is your man.
He motivates you and his commitment to your journey (and it is only your journey no one elses) is second to none.
I started working with Taylor over 18 months ago when I was at my lowest and felt awful about myself. He changed my thinking and was there at the end of a phone or over a coffee if I needed him. He is still there to motivate me and help me when I stumble which I do quite a lot and I'm now proud to call him a friend.
What can I say? Well I could comment on how he makes exercise fun. Or maybe the dedication he show's his clients in supporting them reach their goal(s). Or maybe how he motivates his clients to work hard and focus on what's important to them as individuals. Or may be his knowledge around nutrition.
I really shouldn't comment on his taste in music, because unfortunately he's seriously lacking ... but you can't be perfect, can you?
