Lack of Protein - we need protein in order to aid muscle recovery & mass, due to a lack of it, you may lose muscle mass with a bit of body fat. Soon as you eat/ train, you’ll replenish.

Bodyweight & digestion - due to lack of food consumption, your body will be lighter as you don’t have food in the digestive track, as soon as you eat, guess what, you’ll creep up!
