HABITS...

Something that i always hear is, "what habits should i follow to lose weight?"

The thing is, There isn't a list of must do habits in order to lose weight...

A habit is what we make it... if that means that you drink 3L of water per day to aid your performance and allow you to feel optimal, then do it, use it.

If that means you go to the gym 3X per week, then do it.

We use habits to make the transformation process easier, better & more enjoyable

Create your own Habits, Stick to them, if they work, brilliant! If not, Change them!
