1 - Headspace - This app is an incredible resource for winding down & literally creating more headspace. With a free demo to begin, you fully understand meditation & the amazing effect it has upon the body.
Headspace has a great feature inside that keeps you accountable to completing your "daily Listening" by reminding you every day to listen. A great way of creating a habit!

2 - MyFitnesspal / Cron-o-meter - These apps are a go to guy for tracking your calories, macronutrients & micronutrients. You input your food log in from your day & it will tell you how many calories you've eaten or consumed that day. Great to use for people who are willing to track in order for success, the only issue is that you can sometimes under/over report so can be quiet inconsistent. Also, some of the foods that have been entered, have been entered by your everyday person, so that can sometimes be in accurate.
Both of these apps also offer "Blogs" where the community users share stories, plans, recipes etc etc!

3 - Spotify - Brilliant app for creating a playlist! We all know that music motivates us and makes us work harder whether we are running, in the gym or just at work! if you use the standard account, you will get adverts in-between your listening... £9.99 a month will give you access to pretty much any song, plus you can create your own playlists, Ad free!
Its awesome because they already have set playlists created depending on your goal, all you need to do is go to > Browse > Workout > Select your playlist!

4 - Nike, Map My Run - An absolute gem of an app! This allows you to track your run, it measure distance, pace per Km, pace per mile, it goes on and on! It is also Spotify compatible, so whilst your running, you can listen to your playlists!
This app is perfect for those of you that want to get into running, or that just would like to see how to test yourself, the added bonus is that its FREE!
Great tool for those of you that are looking at your first 5K's etc.

5 - STRONG - This app is a workout tracker. This is great for progression & consistency.
It allows you to type how many sets you've done, how many reps you've done, exercise name with demonstrations and more. The app is free & will help you improve your results towards your goals. The app keeps a diary of when you've entered certain things, so that over time you can look back and see how much you have progressed! You'd be mad not to use this!
