5 SUPER SIMPLE TIPS ON IMPROVING YOUR HEALTH!
My aim with my clients, seminars & content I create is to make people as healthy as possible.
Many people believe that this is going to involve stupid amounts of hard work, overloading on broccoli and drinking swimming pool amounts of green tea...
But we're going to make it super easy to get you started.
1 - Sleep --> 7-8 Hours per night! i've always found that, the less sleep I get, the less I function. Going to the gym is hard, creating content is boring and doing anything is a mountain of effort! so for optimal performance, get good sleep!
2 - Exercise More --> Quiet an obvious one, but just simply getting out and moving more will do you the world of good. Take the dog out for an extra 5-10 minutes than usual. Make the effort to get a workout in. Exercise is also a great way to relieve stress... Which leads me
into step 3.
3 - Manage Your Stress Levels --> Easier said than done i know, but one way that i find useful is to take a 5 minute breather whenever you feel yourself boiling up. Take a walk down stairs, along the corridor to put the kettle on, use that 5 minute process of making a hot drink to just... Breath.
4 - Stay Hydrated --> For the body to perform optimally, we need to be hydrated... I always recommend 2-3l of water per day (more if exercising) to my clients.
5 - Micronutrients --> Focus more on your fruits and veggies! These types of foods contain good quality amounts of Micronutrients... Things like Vitamins, Minerals, Fibre, nutrients etc etc
